Houthi delegation rejects Grifiths proposal for peace in Hodeidah

The source said that Houthi delegation rejected the proposal of the UN envoy on Hodeidah and provided notes on its clauses.

Griffiths made two proposals for warring parties in the consultations on Taiz and Hodeidah on Sunday and threatened to reveal the obstacle side if Sweden’s consultations failed.

The Griffith proposal of Hodeidah suggests comprehensive cessation of military operations, including air strikes, rockets and aircraft, withdrawal of all units and militias outside the city and ports of Saleef and Ras Issa, and handing over provincial administration to local councils and local forces.
