Oman has announced an agreement with al-Houthi group in the capital Sanaa on the status of Yemeni Defense Minister Major General Mahmoud al-Subaihi.
The Sultanate T.V said Omanis officials had been agreed with the “Huthis” to allow Yemeni Defense Minister Mahmoud al-Subaihi to communicate with his family.
The Yemeni defense minister was arrested in March 2015 in Aden and later transferred to the capital, Sana’a, to be forcibly hidden by the militia.
