The remains of members of the so-called Abu Abas brigades, militarily displaced, continue to cut off the only connecting line between the city of Taiz and the interim capital of Aden for a second day in a row.
A military source said that Abu Al-Abbas gunmen continue to cut off the highway near Al-Kalaybah district of Al-Misrakh Directorate for the second day in a row and refuse to open the road for the citizens.
The cutting of the road caused more problems to passengers and commercial trucks as they used dirt roads to avoid blocking their movement to and from Taiz.
The gunmen demand to receive their salaries through the old mechanisms before the decision of the leadership of Taiz axis to dissolve the brigades completely, expressing their fears of being arrest as soon as they enter the city of Taiz to receive their salaries.
